Yas Txhaj Molding

Plastic injection molding is a plastic processing method that uses an injection molding machine to inject plastic raw materials into a mold and shape it into the desired product shape in the mold. This process usually involves heating the plastic raw material to a molten state, and then pushing...

  • Polypropylene (PP): PP is a semi-crystalline thermoplastic with high strength and rigidity, good heat resistance, electrical insulation and dimensional stability. The disadvantages of PP are poor low-temperature impact resistance and easy aging, but it can be improved by adding ingredients.
  • Polyethylene (PE): PE is a highly crystalline, non-polar thermoplastic with excellent low temperature resistance (the lowest operating temperature can reach -70~-100 degree ), good chemical stability, and can withstand most acids and alkalis. Attack (not resistant to acids with oxidizing properties). It is insoluble in general solvents at room temperature, has low water absorption and excellent electrical insulation properties.
  • Polyvinyl chloride (PVC): PVC is a semi-crystalline thermoplastic with high impact resistance, mechanical strength and chemical stability. The disadvantage is that the thermal stability is poor, the softening temperature is not high, and it is easy to burn.
  • Polycarbonate (PC): PC is a colorless, transparent, heat-resistant, impact-resistant, flame-retardant thermoplastic with excellent light transmittance, impact strength, dimensional stability and creep resistance.
